Scared that I panic & cant find my answers in this open-book exams

Although I've like 90% information in my brains
I still need to refer to the papers for good logical linkage for essays

I'm testing myself what kinda possible questions will come out
& truly
I know what it is, where to find
Just donno how to write properly to prevent plagiarism

Well actually
I too threw a huge chunk of notes in my previous open-book exams
But I guess it isnt too right to do so
