I hate to accept the fact that
I AM BACK IN SINGAPORE!

Life in East Malaysia is slow
Real slow
We spent whole day outdoor
Perspiring & sun-burnt like hell
Only to realise we got to return to our hotels ALWAYS before 5pm
& even after dinner
Time never passed 8pm no matter how slow we ate!!

Considering I'm a real slow-eater
Time in Borneo is even passing at a slower rate!

We didnt have internet access & TV for the complete 9 days
Absolutely fabulous to stay away from technology
Ignorant to know that Singapore had her 5th H1N1 victims
& the 150 unread emails in my Inbox, of which 60% are spams

Our planned trips turned out well
Especially Kuching's
I swear I'll be back for more adventures, souvenirs & food!

I'd just sorted out my 995 photos
Will update my trips again after I'd gained my rest

I hate to think of my research work ahead of the year

The first day of fieldwork this week was perfect
Beautiful sunrise

My boy with me at the shore

Was so glad to see him there yesterday
*hugs alot*

*IF SOMEONE COMPLAIN TO THE PRESS THAT DOGS IN UBIN BITE AND THEY ARE COMING TO CAPTURE THEM, THESE ARE EVIDENCE THAT THE FIERCEST AND MOST 'ATTITUDE' DOG HAD ALLOWED ME TO TOUCH IT*

Michelle & Sean joined DarDar to fish in the afternoon
Caught a filefish for the first time

It was Ge-tai night at Ubin
Free boatride from 6pm to 11pm
Loads of visitors
Busy from day to night
I even have to help auntie to clear tables (i.e., scope uneaten food, dirty forks & spoons, etc) for her

Closer look
They had Ah Nan

Moon was out
& the crowd left

We set up our tent at the jetty
& went into concussion

Morning sky didnt look good

I could see the grey clouds coming
Now you see mainland
Now you dont

It was so heavy that I had to abort the fieldwork
This is to ensure the safety of me & Brenda

So we returned home to sleep
Upon reaching our area
The sun was shining bright
Grrrrr
But I tried to tell myself that
If I were to work on it still after the rain
Results would be altered and inaccurate due to the 90% dislodgement of snails
& what I would be testing will not be on thermal effect afterall

It was abit disappointing
But Mother Nature is unpredictable and not to be fooled with

Lately
I dont have the mood to blog

I'm not proud of anything I do now
& I dont feel like mentioning what I had done
Be it being very exciting nor pissed

Maybe
A hiatus will do the job to bring me back again

We shall see
Lazy + Busy = Useless

Finally got my films developed

I love my Holga shots so much!
They're gorgeous

Shots from our antique Canon EOS630 looks perfect too!
Every part of the old camera works still
Bravo!

I love photography
